Return/Refund Policy

Customized items: Not eligible for return or exchanges unless arrived damaged.

 

Clothing: If arrived damaged can be returned or exchanged. If item arrives too small or big you may exchange the item for the correct size, garment must be returned in the way it was received (do not wash or wear from outside of trying it on). You are responsible for shipping costs of the return/exchange unless the wrong size was sent by accident.

 

Home Decor: Only if item arrives damaged or incorrect.

 

Accessories: Unfortunately, due to the nature of most accessories we cannot accept an exchange on earrings or scrunchies. Other accessories will be at our discretion but please do not hesitate to message us to ask!

 

Office/School: Unless item arrives damaged or with incorrect customization these will not be eligible for a return.

 

Sale Items: All sale items are final. Returns/Exchanges will not be allowed. If item arrives damaged please message us.

 

Please contact us withing 48 hours of receiving item in order to get a refund, store credit or to have it exchanged if possible. Pictures must be provided of the damaged item. If item is not damaged a return/refund will only be given at our discretion. In order to receive a return/refund product must be returned in order to receive a refund, shipping the product back to us will be at the cost of the customer & there will be a 10% restock fee of the item(s) being returned.
