Please read everything closely & email with any question/concerns. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Are you closed during holidays?

Yes, closed all holidays which we will make an announcement of when we will be closed. Meaning no orders will be processed during that time but we will leave the store open with longer processing time so you may still order while we are out of the office. We just won't be answering any emails or working on orders during that time frame. You can view our calendar here to plan accordingly.

What do I do if my order says delivered but not in my mailbox?

 Check with neighbors, call your local post office & see if they can give you the GPS coordinates to determine if they did deliver to your house or possibly elsewhere, look around your property to see if it was placed somewhere else. If it's not delivered by the next day please contact your police department to file a theft report & email it to use at everyoccasiongiftsco@gmail.com & we will either refund your order or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.

How long will it take my order to ship?

We strive to get orders out within 5-7 business days, if there are any issues with that processing time we will make an announcement on the website, our Facebook page & our Facebook group. Please note, processing time does not include shipping time.

How do you put designs on clothes?

              I use Sublimation which is a process that requires special ink that dyes the fabric of the material, so the print is physically part of the clothing. If I by chance use a screen print design or a DTF (direct to film) I will note it in the description of that item. Please note, Screen prints & DTF designs will be apart of the garment but will sit on top of the clothing so you will feel the design where as Sublimation is one with the garment. How do I care for my stuff?

Cups: Not dishwasher safe. High heat & extreme hot water can cause damage to the design. Do not soak in extremely hot water. Tumblers themselves should not be microwaved or placed in the dishwasher as it can damage seal. Do not use any harsh or abrasive materials on them as it can scratch the cups & ruin the design.

Clothing: Wash in cold or warm water. Hang or tumbler dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Some fading may occur after first wash but very minimal. If any more fading occurs after first wash please reach out to us using the contact form here. Please include photos so we can access the images to determine if there is any issues at all.
